Join us for “TACO TUESDAY” LMDC style for plant-based whole foods tacos! We’ll be experimenting with sauces, fillings, slaws, and TONS of flavors! Bring your favorite beers from south of the border and enjoy this interactive hands on class! This class is vegan and gluten free friendly. 

Lauren Turner Christy is a plant-based, whole foods chef whose passion is creating nutritious family meal prep options and teaching her community how to prepare these dishes at home. With over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry, along with 5 years experience as a high school history teacher, this class is sure to be fun as well as informational.
